SmartFlow supports custom regions, multiple roles/responsibilities, custom event types, and advanced data hashing and privacy controls. Event type support for client and server-side mapping lets users differentiate if the source of the events is licensed, unlicensed or undetermined.
Sales platform integration
SmartFlow offers an optional add-on for sales platform integration, so that events can be tracked in SmartFlow CMS and cases can be investigated to prepare for follow-up.
Within the CMS, events can be linked to existing sales accounts, or new accounts can be created. Once the case is ready, it can be sent to the sales platform for follow-up.
Data can also be exported from SmartFlow for the organization or exchanged with the sales platform.
Single solution
SmartFlow CMS can be used as a standalone solution for license compliance, or in combination with a sales platform.
In standalone mode, no integration is required. Compliance events can be tracked in SmartFlow, cases can be investigated and resolved – all in the same system.
And with data export and exchange options, auto-generated custom compliance letters, custom workflows, and configurable case, product and event thresholds, cases from SmartFlow can be easily followed up.
